Hm. Of the thousands who journeyed to Kroog in hope of healing, how many were actually healed? Seems like snake oil to me.

Actually, it didn’t matter. Urza’s brother Mishra destroyed Kroog later on for being an ally of Urza’s.

Are you making that up?

Nope. It was called the Brother’s War.

I had this one 🙂 I sold my card years ago, but I remember I had this amulet in a mostly green deck…

I’m pressing the like button out of politeness, but this is a massive step down from your previous Monday posts, an uninspired choice today, not worthy of you or your esteemed blog. No more amulet of Kroog, please!

I have no wish to see it. This series is tired out, who could enjoy just seeing board game cards? Without any editorial or comment? And isn’t it Kroog, not Kruug?

Kruug was the sister city allied with Mishra. they were wiped out by Urza in retaliation for Mishra wiping out Kroog.

Is the back of cards ALWAYS the same? 😮

With the exceptions of double-sided cards, yes. That way there is no way to mark cards
