Indebted to Luffy for rescuing her, Nico Robin joins the Straw Hat Pirates. An old ship falls from the sky. Rummaging through some of its remains, while dealing with a rival salvaging crew led by the monkey-like Masira, and nearby monstrous sea creatures, the Straw Hats discover the fallen ship has come from Skypiea, an island high in the sky. Unsure of how to reach it, the Straw Hats visit a nearby port on the island of Jaya. There they meet Bellamy, a pirate who looks down on Luffy, and mocks his dreams of becoming Pirate King. Luffy, who had promised Nami not to fight in the town, allows himself to be beaten up and bullied by Bellamy. The Straw Hats then proceed to another part of Jaya to meet a man who might have a lead on how to reach Skypiea. However, they must first get past Masira’s brother Shoujou and his crew.

A new adventure, hurray! Now all the crew has to do is actually find this mythological floating island. Should be easy peasy…
What does “One Piece” refer to anyway?

I don’t know who JT is but I’m not into rap so that’s fine. I think it unlikely the other WP4’s will adopt them, but you’re our Cap’n so you can wear whatever you like and be cool. 😎

Justin Timberlake. He brought sexy back, so I convinced him to write me a song bringing Onesies back.
If I can’t do it, NOBODY can 😀

It is a legendary treasure left by the original King of the Pirates. That’s about all I know of it. I’m guessing there’s magical loot involved as well, considering how zany this series has been so far.

Funny is, even after more than 100 volumes we still don’t know what it could be. There are many theories so far…

Ok, that is good to know. I won’t bother trying to figure it out then 🙂

I don’t see, what could go wrong here…

Hahahahaa! I know, right? Sometimes it seems like Luffy picks the most impossible thing, just because he can 🙂

Yep, that’s right.
We will see many decisions in the series where is clear that Luffy only picks this option because it’s the most impossible. What is for him the same thing like “funny”

Why IS the log pose dome-shaped?

Because the arrow needs to be able to point in 3 dimensions, unlike a regular compass that needs only 2.

I can do a song and dance routine too, but I seem to be missing my cane and tophat, so you might have to be satisfied with a slow shuffle across the stage, hahahahaa 🙂

I always have a harder time immersing myself at the beginning of a new arc but at least, this skypeai arc gets more entertaining as you progress.

Good to know. I’ll also have to see if new story arcs affect me the same way or not. I know they did the first time around but that was more because the various arcs weren’t clearly demarcated and I went into things expecting the same side characters etc.
